Chef Bart Dhont

Our chef Bart Dhont has over 25 years experience in the world of (top) gastronomy.

He started his career in 1988 in the one star Michelin restaurant Mother Angèle in Oudenaarde (Ooike). In the 1990-1995 period, Bart was active in the one star Michelin restaurant Hostellerie La Pomme d'Or Oudenaarde. Between 2001 and 2003 he was Chef cook in this fine gourmet restaurant. From 2003 to 2005, Bart was the Chef cook of restaurant 't Fenomeen in Sint-Martens-Latem.

Between 2005 and 2012, Bart was Head cook of the famous and renowned restaurant Villa Mariza in Ostend (at the Belgian coast). In the period 2013-2014 he was Creative Chef of the restaurants of the Vayamundo Club in Ostend.

Bart and his team brings a classical French cuisine based on local produce and presented with a contemporary touch.
